Required before launch
The final notice must identify the legal entity, jurisdiction, registered address, privacy contact, categories of personal information, sources, purposes, lawful bases where applicable, service providers, international transfers, retention, security approach, individual rights, complaint routes, and effective date.
Current prototype behavior
The prototype is designed without analytics, advertising pixels, account registration, or a server-side contact form. Hosting and infrastructure logs may still process technical data once deployed; those facts must be verified with the selected provider and reflected in the production notice.
Product privacy
Each released product may require product-specific documentation, customer data-processing terms, subprocessors, retention controls, model and training disclosures, cross-border transfer terms, and administrative guidance. Corporate-site language must not substitute for those documents.
